Sleep Fighter Japanese Esports Tournament Will Punish Players For Not Getting Enough Rest In The Run Up To The Competition

Sleep Fighter: The eSports Tournament that Penalizes Players for Not Getting Enough Sleep

Concept of the Tournament

The Sleep Fighter tournament is a unique concept in the world of eSports. Unlike traditional tournaments where players earn points solely through victories, Sleep Fighter also awards points based on the amount of sleep players log. Teams will need to strike a balance between competitive performance and ensuring they get enough rest.

Point System

Teams will earn points for both winning matches and accumulating "Sleep Points." Sleep Points are awarded based on the number of hours of sleep each player logs in the week leading up to the tournament. Players must achieve a minimum of six hours of sleep per night, totaling 42 hours in the week.

The tournament will consist of four teams of three players each, competing in Street Fighter 6. The team with the highest combined score of match victories and Sleep Points will be declared the winner.
